A Day in the Orchard | ASD Orchards
Set among the mango and lychee trees of Unchagaon, ASD Orchards offers a different kind of day out: a gentle walk beneath the canopy, a glimpse into the work behind each harvest, and time to enjoy the countryside at your own pace. Orchard visits are arranged by appointment, with each visit planned around the season and the rhythm of a working farm.

Come closer to the season
Follow the orchard paths, see how mangoes and lychees grow, and hear the stories behind a family-run farm. The orchard is different each time you visit: new leaves, blossoms, young fruit, and the energy of harvest all have their own season. When fruit is available, we may be able to arrange a tasting or show you harvest work in progress.
What the day includes depends on the season and farm activity. If you have a particular interest—fruit growing, the harvest, the surrounding countryside, or bringing a pet—tell us when you enquire, and we’ll let you know what can be arranged. Visits to nearby villages or the Ganga region can also be discussed while planning.
Let the countryside set the pace
Come for a few unhurried hours outdoors: walk beneath the trees, enjoy the open air, and share a closer look at where seasonal fruit begins. ASD Orchards is a working farm, so every visit is considered in advance and shaped around the day’s conditions.
A farm stay is taking shape
We are preparing a comfortable three-bedroom home at the orchard for future stays—a place to wake close to the trees, spend the day in the countryside, and settle into a gentler rhythm. It is still in development and is not yet open for bookings. You are welcome to enquire if you would like an update when it is ready.
