At ASD Orchards, we take great care to deliver your fresh, naturally ripened fruits straight from our family farm to your doorstep with minimum delay and maximum freshness.

📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • We ship freshly harvested mangoes depending on weather and ripening cycles.

  • Dispatch may be delayed in case of rain or excessive moisture, to ensure the fruits don’t spoil in transit. Customers will be informed accordingly.

🕑 Delivery Timelines

  • Delhi NCR: 1–3 working days

  • Other metros & Tier 1 cities: 2–5 working days

  • Tier 2/remote areas: 4–7 working days

Note: Delivery time may vary slightly due to courier partner constraints or weather.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or for select regions.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most pincodes.

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

🌿 Packaging

  • All mangoes are packed in eco-friendly, breathable boxes designed to preserve freshness during transit.

  • We never use carbide or artificial ripening agents.

🔁 Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or not delivered, please report the issue within 24 hours of the expected delivery so we can assist you promptly.
